+English Reference Guide 1
A Beginner's Guide to Business English

English Reference Guide 1 is designed for reference use after a course, or for self study. It is for people who have to use English in their professional lives. This book provides basic language to help you to communicate in English both at work and in social situations. The book is divided into four sections. Each section is divided into short units:

Grammar: To help you understand and use English accurately.

Social language: Using English for everyday communication.

Business skills: The English you need for common business situations.

Exercises and answer key: Self study exercises with answers. Each exercise corresponds with units in the grammar and social language sections. The exercises can help you to revise what you have learnt on your English language course.

A Higher Level Guide to Business English

English Reference Guide 2 is designed for reference use after a course, or for self study. It is for people who have to use English in their professional lives. This book provides essential language to help you to communicate in English both at work and in social situations. The series provides a reminder of key language and skills and the opportunity to activate and develop them. It also provides systematic practice to help you communicate accurately and appropriately and build your confidence and fluency.

'Activate your telephoning skills' reviews and develops language skills for communicating effectively on the telephone at work. The following aspects are covered:

- opening calls
- exchanging information
- reaching decisions
- dealing with messages
- solving problems
- closing calls

The pack includes two cassettes, a study file and a study script.

'Deutsch: Ein Leitfaden' soll zur Konsolidierung nach einem Kurs oder zum Selbststudium dienen. Er ist für Leute gedacht, die Deutsch im Berufsleben benutzen müssen. Dieses Buch gibt Ihnen eine einfache sprachliche Basis, sich in geschäftlichen sowie alltäglichen Situationen auf Deutsch auszudrücken. Das Buch ist in vier Abschnitte aufgeteilt. 'Español Libro de Consulta' ha sido creado como libro de consulta y referencia para usar durante el curso de español o después del mismo y como guía para estudiar por su cuenta. Está dirigido, en especial, a aquellas personas que tienen que usar español en la vida cotidiana o en su trabajo. El libro presenta un lenguaje fundamental que le ayudará a comunicarse mejor en situaciones sociales y laborales. El libro consta de cinco partes. Cada parte está dividida, a su vez, en capítulos.

GRAMÁTICA:
Para que usted pueda entender mejor y usar las estructuras gramaticales del español con mayor exactitud.

LENGUAJE SOCIAL:
Sección que presenta vocabulario y situaciones de la comunicación diaria.

LENGUAJE DEL TELÉFONO:
Esta sección comprende diversas situaciones al teléfono y el vocabulario correspondiente.

LENGUAJE DE NEGOCIOS:
