Quality Assurance

Making sure you get the most out of our training
We take quality assurance very seriously and do everything possible to ensure that every Linguarama course is delivered to the highest professional standards. The Linguarama Group Personnel and Pedagogical Unit (GPP) is the central department responsible for monitoring the quality of our courses. The GPP has developed a series of guidelines to ensure that every centre and every course meets the level we would expect. These include:

  • regular in-service and external training for our trainers
  • course evaluation by all participants
  • regular client feedback
  • regular GPP inspections of all Linguarama centres
  • a continuing programme of materials development

All of these activities help us to ensure the quality of our language training.
