Training and Development

In-service training programmes

All Linguarama centres provide in-service training programmes to enable our trainers continually to update and improve their teaching skills. These programmes are centrally co-ordinated to ensure that each centre is providing a balance of training opportunities to staff. Senior trainers are encouraged to attend the training courses organised by the Linguarama Group Personnel and Pedagogical Unit (GPP) on a range of topics.
