In today’s business world, where even small companies are working internationally, the role of Personal Assistant/Secretary requires the ability to communicate effectively in English, either internally with colleagues or externally with clients or suppliers. Increasingly there is a need for Personal Assistants and Secretaries, who are in charge of their manager's Agenda to be able to make arrangements, organise meetings, write emails and letters, take minutes all in English, the language of international business. Key in our series of Specialist Group Programmes, this course encourages participants to develop their language skills in situations and contexts relevant to their professional work.
