| Dear Readers,
This is a very special edition of POSTSCRIPT. As you
may be aware, 1996 is Linguarama's 25th anniversary.
The company was founded in 1971 and since then we have
taught many thousands of students in more than 40 languages.
Linguarama has grown a lot since the early days. Over
the last few years we have produced a range of teaching
and reference materials, and, of course, POSTSCRIPT,
which is now read by 15,000 students of English worldwide.
Later this year we will be celebrating our birthday
with the publication of an exciting range of teaching
and reference materials called GEM. There will be more
information on our GEM project in the next issue of POSTSCRIPT.
Thank you for being a part of Linguarama's first 25
years. I hope you will stay with us for at least a part
of the next twenty-five.
